Macaire Montini, SHRM-SCP, began her 20-year career in Human Resources with the global management consulting firm Oliver Wyman. There, she gained a solid foundation in HR Operations, risk mitigation, and employee relations. She honed her HR Management skills at TheStreet.com, the Wall Street-based, online financial news network, and later became the Senior HR Business Partner and ultimately the Global Director of HR over a 13-year career with Envision Pharma, Inc. Through an extended period of tremendous growth, Macaire developed and implemented policies, procedures, and programs meant to elevate the employee experience and sustain Envision's position within the highly competitive industry. As the Chief People Officer at Agio, Macaire continues to be driven by the mission of making a difference in the lives of employees and builds upon a track record of progressive, practical, and proven HR strategies that align with the goals of the organization, while empowering and engaging the employees.
