Chief of Staff
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff will operate at strategic, operational, and tactical levels to enhance the effectiveness of the CEO and organization. In this role, he/she will ensure that the CEO and leadership team are spending their time effectively to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization. They will lead the development and delivery of a variety of strategic projects and be responsible for the thought leadership and management of multiple initiatives. This person will ensure company OKRs are on track, manage the strategic planning process, oversee Board material development, and create presentations relating to company initiatives and strategies.
