Agio aims to hire carefully, train fully, and set expectations clearly. We are not a call center. You are joining a team focused on solving our clients’ technology problems, while making them more secure. We select candidates who care about this mission, who align with our values, and who want to be part of our evolving culture.
CEO, Bart McDonough, discusses Agio culture.
You were not hired for what you know today, but for your capacity to be even better tomorrow.
To say I’m proud to be a part of Agio is an understatement. I’m continuously impressed by how each and every person here strives to be #BeBetterThanYesterday, not just when it comes to Agio, but also in their own professional and personal lives as well.
Working with Agio, I have been fortunate enough to be in the trenches, garnering a great deal of experience and skill. My favorite part by far, is establishing lasting relationships with our clients, realizing their business needs, and employing this knowledge to impart the best service possible. In our business, trust is the foundation, and Agio’s foundation is adamantine!
Agio makes it easy to succeed. The clearly defined culture is that roadmap to success. I have never before worked at an organization where everyone is empowered to ask for or enact change. It is also a pretty darn fun place to work. Nothing beats waking up and enjoying heading to the office everyday to get things done with people you actually like!
Agio has a set of values that not only defines the company, but also plays a part in their employees’ growth. I am inspired to learn and to be better than yesterday. I couldn’t have picked a better place with great colleagues to help me grow as a person and in my career!
Agio is a wonderful place to work. When I first read about the company and before accepting the offered position, I read about the culture Bart McDonough developed. I saw a company that aligned to my own set of guides where employees are defined with worth, and the client base is No. 1. I have worked in varying positions in technology over the last two decades and I believe that Agio has what it takes to be successful in the future and provide opportunities to those willing to put forth effort to be better than they were yesterday.
I knew I wanted to work at Agio after reading the Culture Book, which was before I ever applied for a job. Everything I read told me Agio was a company that looks for employees who aren't satisfied with the status quo and ask 'why?' every day, employees who take the initiative and lead, and employees who aren't 'brilliant jerks.' After reading, I said to myself, 'Being fired for apathy and immaturity? Valuing opinions and individual growth and improvement? This is the company for me!' I haven't regretted my decision to work here for one second.
Agio looks after its employees for the better. I’ve heard many employees say that no other company they’ve worked for has provided what Agio does to ensure you’re at your best. It’s not just at holiday time that Agio takes care of its employees, they take care of us 365 days a year. I’m very thankful that I work for such an outstanding company.
