So there was the firm. They had this spreadsheet, 30,000 very sensitive records. They had been working on it. They were going to share it with some colleagues. They went into outlook. They attached the spreadsheet. They were typing in the names, one of the person’s name. We’re going to call him for the sake of this story, Paul Thomas. They went in to type Paul Thomas and Outlook was smarter than the person and suggested they send it to PTA at local school district. Org. They weren’t paying attention. Instead of Paul Thomas that went to the PTA, 288 parents received a spreadsheet with 30,000 very sensitive records. That has cost that firm $8 million and I believe and counting as of today.
