As many of us are aware, the recent CrowdStrike update has caused significant disruptions for organizations worldwide. We understand the pressure to restore operations quickly, but we want to share some important considerations as you work through this challenge.

First and foremost, if you need any assistance or would like to discuss your restoration strategy, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Existing clients may submit a case to the portal for support in navigating this issue.

Our Cyber Operations team has raised a crucial point of concern: In the rush to resume normal operations, some organizations might consider uninstalling CrowdStrike as a quick fix. While this may seem like an expedient solution, we strongly advise against it.

Instead, we recommend focusing your efforts on properly addressing and fixing the issue while maintaining your security posture. It may require more time and patience, but it’s the safer approach in the long run.

As we all work through this situation together, remember that thorough, careful restoration is key. Threat Actors will certainly be looking for unprotected systems today – and they will find some. We don’t want you to be on that list. While the urgency to get systems back online is understandable, it’s crucial not to make hasty decisions that could compromise your security.

Agio clients

We will be providing updates on the AgioNow Portal. Currently, all Agio systems are operational, fully functional, and unaffected. To our knowledge, none of our systems have been impacted by this issue.

Again, don’t hesitate to reach out if you need support or guidance.
