Just 30 minutes south of Oklahoma City, Norman is the quintessential college town. The city is home to the University of Oklahoma, booming college athletics, talented students, and Agio’s Network Operations Center (NOC); it’s also where our CEO hails from. Our Client Support, DevOps, Finance and HR teams work around the clock to support the operations of our business, and our clients. Agio welcomes anyone with engineering chops who understands the value of consistency over time.
Agio has a set of values that not only defines the company, but also plays a part in their employees’ growth. I am inspired to learn and to be better than yesterday. I couldn’t have picked a better place with great colleagues to help me grow as a person and in my career!
Agio is a wonderful place to work. When I first read about the company and before accepting the offered position, I read about the culture Bart McDonough developed. I saw a company that aligned to my own set of guides where employees are defined with worth, and the client base is No. 1. I have worked in varying positions in technology over the last two decades and I believe that Agio has what it takes to be successful in the future and provide opportunities to those willing to put forth effort to be better than they were yesterday.
I knew I wanted to work at Agio after reading the Culture Book, which was before I ever applied for a job. Everything I read told me Agio was a company that looks for employees who aren't satisfied with the status quo and ask 'why?' every day, employees who take the initiative and lead, and employees who aren't 'brilliant jerks.' After reading, I said to myself, 'Being fired for apathy and immaturity? Valuing opinions and individual growth and improvement? This is the company for me!' I haven't regretted my decision to work here for one second.
