Our Business Continuity Plan – LMM plans to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption, and respond by safeguarding our employees and property, making a financial and operational assessment, protecting the books and records of LMM. In short, our business continuity plan is designed to permit our firm to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the significant business disruption.

We will make every reasonable effort to continue conducting business during any significant business disruption, employing the use of our business continuity plan. We plan to continue conducting business during any significant business disruption unless circumstances prohibit us from doing so. If, for any reason, at any time, we are forced by circumstances outside our direct control to discontinue business, we will immediately determine our planned recovery time and communicate those plans to all concerned parties.

We have devoted considerable thought and effort to designing our business continuity plan. However, no plan can assure recovery if a disaster or significant business interruption were to occur.

We review and test our plan periodically to ensure readiness.
